The Croatian Music Export office, We Move Music Croatia, has announced the first SHIP conference and showcase festival, to be held in Šibenik for the first time from September 14 – 17, 2023. The festival is dedicated to discovering new European music, and the call for acts is open NOW until April 30th!
At the end of the summer, SHIP will attract music industry professionals from Europe and elsewhere to the coastal town of Šibenik. Daily conference sessions will give participants the opportunity to meet colleagues from all over the world; subjects will include how the music industry works in different countries, how to break into those markets and their advantages and disadvantages. Afternoons and evenings will be filled with showcase concerts by up-and-coming acts from Croatia and the world.
Competition Criteria
- Open to musicians and bands of all genres
- Winners will receive the opportunity to play at the SHIP festival on the Croatian coast for an audience of industry professionals, as well as passes for the entire festival and access to SHIP’s delegate database.
