Online Lounge: Diversity & Inclusion in the music industry

On Tuesday 22 November 2022 from 11:00 to 12:30 CET, ECSA’s Working Group on Diversity & Inclusion will host an online lounge and bring experts from the music field to present and discuss topics on Diversity and Inclusion that affect the Music Industry, including gender, age and ethnic diversity.  

The overall aim of the lounge is to raise awareness and to exchange good practices about these topics. The Online Lounge is open to the public. You can register via this link.

1. Panel Discussion on Diversity and Inclusion in the Music Industry: gender, age, and ethnic diversity  (11.00 – 12.00 CET)

2. Brainstorming session  (12:00 – 12:30 CET) 

Following the panel discussion, participants will be assigned into three breakout rooms. They will actively participate by sharing personal stories and experiences, exchanging views and good practices and raising awareness about the current and future challenges in the music sector.
