Namby Pamby Boy Currently On Tour

Namby-Pamby Boy is a Vienna-based collective consisting of the three musicians Philip Nykrin, Andreas Lettner and Fabian Rucker. All three are part of a bustling group of  young Austrian musicians, who have succeeded in establishing many thriving bands such as S.K. Invitational (Texta, Blumentopf, FIVA, TY)or Lylit and this shows in various excellent recordings.

A long time ago the three musicians got together to dedicate themselves to enhancing the sound of a classic trio with a completely new definition and interpretation. Namby-Pamby Boy’s  inspiration lies in rock and hip hop. Since the three musicians conceive genre boundaries as restrictions of their own creativity, their compositions are always committed to thinking outside of the box.

Namby-Pamby Boy are able to unite jazz, rock and hip hop to a fantastic coherent whole, which is far from static uniformity, but rather evolves to new forms  in a constant process of change. Namby-Pamby Boy are currently on tour, be sure to check out one of their shows.
