Wednesday 16 April 2014, 7.30pm | Brunel Museum
Manu Delago has collaborated with diverse artists such as Björk, Shpongle, Bugge Wesseltoft and Anoushka Shankar. In April 2013 the Austrian musician founded the Collaborations Festival and its debut at Kings Place in London turned into a buzzing sell-out event. For the second edition of the festival, Hang player and drummer Manu Delago invites and collaborates with some of his favourite musicians. This acoustic and visual cross-genre experience takes place in one of London’s most extra-ordinary venues – the Brunel Museum and its 50ft deep Tunnel Shaft.
The featured artists include jazz musician and composer Christoph Pepe Auer, singer Isa Kurz, brass musician Alex Mayer, balkan fusion duo CatchPopStringStrong and electronic audio-visual duo Luma.Launisch.
