As part of the Berlin Music Week (Berlin) and the Reeperbahn Festival (Hamburg) in September 2012, there are currently networking and showcase events in progress. In each case, three Austrian bands will be presented to a professional audience (labels, bookers, media, agencies) and a meeting between domestic and international industry representatives will be organized.

Please let us know no later than Friday, July 06, 2012 whether you would like to suggest bands for gigs at one of the two events. For this we need the following information via e-mail (office@musicexport.at):
- – current album, press releases, artist photos, tour dates & Rider (please send links instead of large attachments)
- – future international release planning
- – your partners in management, booking, promotion, distribution, publisher for Germany
The artists will be selected together with the booking departments of our festival partners in order to achieve an optimal line-up for the respective event. The accompaniment of the band by a representative of the label, booking agency or management is a prerequisite for an application. Since these are showcases, there will be no fees paid for the gigs! However, together with our partners, there will be financial support for travel costs of participating bands.
