After a successful tour through the US and Canada including gigs at the SXSW Festival and Canadian Music Week, Bensh can look back on some of the busiest weeks in the band’s history with 12 shows in 15 days. The band states that it was a trip of a lifetime and it definitely paid off, since Bensh’s debut album Clues is now spinning on more than 80 stations across the globe.
Back in Europe, the restless noise-pop city-hoppers are on the road again for their current UK tour. Tour stops include concerts at the Focus Wales Festival in Wrexham and the Liverpool Soundcity Festival.
As if that were not enough, they just celebrated a huge premiere of their new video “Doubt”, which was shot in Berlin and influenced by the work of M.C. Escher.
There is yet a lot more to come, since they are also writing and recording a new album and planning a further US tour in fall 2012. Until then, be sure to stop by one of their upcoming shows:
