The MENT Festival – one of Central and Eastern Europe’s leading showcase festivals – is turning ten this year, and they’re not missing the chance to celebrate. In 2023, the award-winning event brought 76 artists from 20 countries (including four from Austria) to Ljubljana, as well as 700 professional delegates. This year, Austria will be sending three young, creative acts to the event, happening from February 21 – 24.
Elis Noa
The duo ELIS NOA has been hailed in recent years as an act that demolishes the borders of electronic pop. The elegantly soulful duo will be playing MENT ahead of the May release of their 2nd LP, I Was Just About To Leave.

Bex
In retrospect, 2023 was something of a breakout year for BEX. She released her EP “Bundles”, debuted at Popfest Wien, and then walked away with the XA – Export Award at Waves Vienna. And she’s not slowing down: after appearing at ESNS in January, she’ll be turning heads at MENT.
