MENT Ljubljana is a three-day showcase festival of fresh artists from all of Europe. The seventh edition will take place from February 3 – 5, 2021. The festival is inviting European bands, solo performers and live acts with concert experience and publicly accessible audio and video material to perform in Ljubljana. The international conference focuses on the music industry and creativity.

A Look back
MENT is an award-winning three-day festival of music discovery from Europe and further away. At its latest edition, 80 acts from 26 countries performed at various venues over three days. The international conference focuses on the music industry and creativity. The sixth edition was attended by almost 6000 visitors and more than 650 music professionals from all over Europe and further away.
In previous years, guests of MENT Ljubljana have included representatives of festivals (e.g. EXIT, INmusic, Glastonbury, Sziget, Eurosonic, Pohoda, Tallinn Music Week, Iceland Airwaves, United Islands of Prague, Les Trans Musicales, Rock 4 People, Waves Vienna, Le Guess Who?, Reeperbahn, Taksirat, Super Uho, Europavox), record labels (e.g. One Little Indian, PIAS, Glitterbeat, Ghostly International, Beggars Group), booking agencies (e.g. Toutpartout, Belmont, Pitch & Smith, Charmenko, Ink Music, Paper and Iron), music media (KEXP Radio, Under the Radar, The Quietus, Clash, Intro, Louder Than War, The 405, Drowned in Sound, GIITTV), and the likes of Factory 92, The Orchard, Phonofile, music export offices and other music related outfits. There’s a significant attendance by professionals from the ex-Yu region – mostly from Croatia, Serbia and Macedonia.
If, due to the current global situation, the organisation of MENT on the dates announced will not be possible or if it will be organised in a different format than anticipated, all applications will be valid for a postponed date or different format. All applicants will be notified of the results.
