“5 Million Pesos” is a monthly concert and radio broadcast series of young jazz in and from Austria – presented by Radiokulturhaus Vienna and the Ö1 jazz department.

Trio Full Crimp

Florian Reider (Piano)

Lukas Florian (Bass)

Silas Isenmann (Drums)

Vienna-based Tyrolean pianist Florian Reider has attracted attention as an excellent instrumentalist and original composer in recent years: Reider, born in Wörgl in 1994, released his debut album “Crux” with his trio Full Crimp in early 2023. And as part of “Chroma”, also released in 2023, recognized as the winner of the Joe Zawinul Prize 2022 at the Music and Arts Private University of the City of Vienna, he expanded the trio to a chamber orchestra with strings and wind instruments. In his cleverly thought-out compositions, Reider pays tribute to the “Pastor of Bschlabs”, for example, by blending modern jazz and Alpine impressions with a touch of humor.

As part of the concert on September 24, 2024 in the “5 Million Pesos” series, Florian Reider brings the Full Crimp line-up to the Vienna Radio Café with Lukas Florian (bass) and Silas Isenmann (drums), serving up lively jazz with this engaging trio.

On September 29th, 2024, Katharina Osztovics will present the concert and hold an interview with Florian Reider for the Ö1 Jazz Night broadcast.

Concert: September 24, 8 p.m. @ RadioCafe at Radiokulturhaus Vienna
